Website Lucky Draw — Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the online Lucky Draw ("Promotion") conducted by ScoreMe ("Organizer", "we", "our", or "us"). By participating in the Promotion through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• The Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete registration information.

The Promotion begins on 7th Aug 2026 and ends on 9th Sep 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Participants may enter the Promotion by:

The Organizer reserves the right to reject incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, or fraudulent entries.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no purchase or payment is necessary to participate in the Lucky Draw or to win a prize.

• Unless otherwise specified, only one entry per person, email address, phone number, or household is permitted.
• Multiple or automated entries may result in disqualification.

• Winners will be selected through a random computerized draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The draw will take place on or after.
• The Organizer's decision regarding winner selection is final and binding.

• Total Prize Value: Approx. Rs 500
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

• Winners will be notified via the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided during registration.
• Winners must respond within 7 days of notification unless otherwise specified.
• Failure to respond within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner may be selected.

Before awarding a prize, the Organizer may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age, address, or eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in disqualification.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or misleading information;
• Uses bots, scripts, or automated systems;
• Creates multiple accounts;
• Manipulates or attempts to manipulate the Promotion;
• Violates these Terms or applicable laws.

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• Website downtime or server failures;
• Internet connectivity issues;
• Lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted entries;
• Technical errors affecting participation.

The Organizer may suspend or extend the Promotion if technical issues significantly impact its operation.
